Mary Padian, who is often referred to as The Junkyard Queen or The Junkster is well-known for her extensive antique collection that is sourced from various auctions storage units and estate auctions. Mary obtained a degree from journalism and started working for Architectural Digest's creator Paige Rense. Later, she started her own Mary Finds section. In this section, videos were given on how to decorate and renovate your home. After returning to Texas she opened a shop named after her that specialized in antiques. A&E Television spied her in her antiques shops and she was invited to be a part of Texas Storage wars. The three-season show was a huge success. She was chosen for the fifth season Storage Wars because she had gained popularity. Storage Wars seasons 5-12 have been seen on and off on the reality program.
